1.
Policy Statement

Fox Fleet Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all parts of our business and supply chains. We recognise our responsibility to act ethically and with integrity and are dedicated to ensuring transparency and fairness across all our operations.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, and we are committed to implementing systems and controls to safeguard against such practices.

2.
Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, agency workers, suppliers, and business partners engaged by or on behalf of Fox Fleet Ltd, across all sectors of our operation — including event staffing, catering, bar services, logistics, and venue management.

3.
Our Commitment

Fox Fleet Ltd will:

  • Comply with all legislation and regulatory requirements, including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • Ensure all employment is voluntary and that workers are free to leave upon reasonable notice.

  • Conduct right-to-work checks for all employees and agency workers.

  • Communicate our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking to all suppliers and business partners.

  • Include anti-slavery clauses in supplier and subcontractor agreements.

  • Encourage reporting through a confidential and secure process.

4.
Due Diligence and Risk Management

We undertake risk assessments of our supply chain, particularly focusing on high-risk sectors or geographical areas. Our procedures include:

  • Vetting suppliers and contractors for compliance with labour and ethical standards.

  • Monitoring subcontractor practices through audits and feedback mechanisms.

  • Requiring confirmations of anti-slavery compliance during onboarding.

5.
Training and Awareness

We provide training to employees, especially those in recruitment, HR, and supply chain roles, to ensure understanding of:

  • What modern slavery is.

  • How to report concerns internally or to external authorities.

6.
Reporting Concerns

Fox Fleet Ltd encourages anyone who suspects modern slavery or unethical practices in our operations or supply chain to report it immediately. Reports can be made anonymously and without fear of retaliation via:

  • Directly to the Modern Slavery Helpline at 0800 0121 700.

7.
Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation, industry standards, and our business practices.
